Dr. Katrina Suckling
Dr. Katrina Suckling attended the University of Pittsburgh for her undergraduate studies in Biology. She went on to attend dental school at Case Western Reserve University, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992.
In 1999 she purchased a long-standing family dental practice in downtown Barberton, Ohio. Since that time her vision has been to provide modern dental techniques and materials while maintaining the “small town” care established by the practice.
A large part of our practice philosophy is that patients deserve to be heard and understood as part of their dental care. Our patients have very different needs and wants in regards to their dental care and it is our job to find treatment that is appropriate for each individual patient.
Katrina and her husband Tom have one son, Trent. They reside in the Copley area.
Dr. Gabrielle Seifert
Dr. Seifert grew up in Jackson Township just outside of Massillon. She attended the University of Akron where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences and a Masters degree in Polymer Science. After that she attended Case Western Reserve University Dental School where she graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree and received the Dean’s Award in recognition of academic and clinical excellence.
After graduating from Case Western, she was accepted into the 1-year Dental Residency program at Summa Health System in Akron. Summa’s Residency program is excellent and provides in-depth clinical experiences in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontal treatment, prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
You will find that Dr. Seifert enjoys establishing relationships with her patients, learning about their lives, meeting their families, and watching their kids grow up. Her philosophy is always to do what’s best for the patient. The focus of this practice has always been on the patient which makes her a great fit here!
Dr. Seifert lives in Jackson Township and in her spare time enjoys being outside and playing disc golf with her husband.
